I wish that everyone could have been here this past weekend to witness the amazing experience that Les Mis was. Dad and Mom are way to humble to share the following...so I'm going to make sure the TRUTH is told.
-It was by far the greatest performance! It would have blown you away! Everything from the cast, the quality of their voices, the costumes, the staging, the narration, the visuals, the choir, and most of all, the Spirit that was present.
-Dad was the mastermind behind this...he wrote the narration and created all the visual effects...they were beautiful. He took photographs of the cast members and in photo shop, he created a watercolor effect, so as the story was told, you saw the actual cast members projected up on a HUGE screen to help tell the story.
-All three performances were SOLD OUT!
-The cast isn't ready to be done...they could have easily filled three more nights.
-People are commenting that they felt this was a BROADWAY quality show.
-Mom was great in the choir! She seemed to have so much fun spending time with dad in this and being a part of the cast...and yes...there was dancing! ( :
-The precedence has been set...
Here are several pictures from the dress rehearsal and performance...there's a lot, but I know that you will enjoy seeing them.
