New project

I'm sorry for bogarding the family blog but I do have another entry. This is another attempt at a sewing project. Girls are so much fun when it comes to sewing and crafts! It's not the best sewing job but it was fun. Love you guys!

Sayla's BIG news!!

Yesterday was a BIG day in the Salima household. Sayla started walking!!! Last night we were at the gym and I got done before Seth so I decided to go into the Kids Club and watch the kids while I waited for him. I was down on the floor playing with Sayla when all of a sudden she took 3 steps toward me. I know! I was a little in shock so I had her try it again. She didn't let me down. She took 4 steps this time. I couldn't believe it. The girls in the Kids Club said she had been doing that for the past hour. Little Sayla didn't just take one step...no...she took 3,4 and 5 steps. We are so proud of her and can't believe our baby girl is starting to walk. I will try to get her on video so you can see the biggest girl in action.

the Bentleys Back to School

Back to School Night for the Bentley Family!

We have begun a tradition of cooking whatever the kids want for dinner the night before school starts. This may be the only night that I make separate requests! We had a great night with dinner and father's blessings given to the kiddos. It was super special to hear the sweet little promises given to them. The kids were super excited...Morgan had a hard time falling asleep. It was a great first day and we had a fun FHE that night.
