So needless to say my testing schedule has been insane and I missed the opportunity to celebrate STS day. I would like to thank all those who made the holiday great I truly appreciate your patriotism in my behalf. I am really grateful for the thoughtfulness of everyone in the family. The generosity you showed me was sincerely appreciated. It was a rough week and unfortunately it hasn't ended. We have a pharmacology test Tuesday and have had two tests and three quizzes this past week. So being busy is understatement. I have permanent butt prints in the chair at the study table you can find me at when I am not in class.
A birthday re-cap though seems to be in order. I woke up on Tuesday and went to work out about 5AM with notes in hand for a quiz at 9AM. My buddy asked if I wanted to go to breakfast and I said, "Can't, quiz" He said no problem. So after getting to school and studying all morning I got to class to find a note on the door. "Class cancelled" "Great!" I have class in an hour so that doesn't give me time to do anything except go back to the library. "I missed breakfast for this?" Then I had a quiz in Optics in which I was grateful to at least get a participation point. It was a long day. At work one of my gymnasts brought his trombone and played "happy birthday" for me. That was a highlight. The parents and gymnasts gave me a little celebration but I had rush off to a Pharmacology Review that lasted four hours. It wouldn't have been so bad but I attended another one the day before. When I finally got home Andrea said, "You lost a sweater." I thought oh she shrunk another one. I was shocked when she presented a tattered ball of threads that was a rag of material. The battery acid from the car we had in the trunk spilled all over and my sweater was in the stroller in the trunk. Yeah, I know...good times right? So, after giving up on the day I went to sleep. Fortunately, Wednesday was much better but my standard was lower after Tuesday the 24th.
But to make my point...THANK YOU! I love you guys and am so grateful for all you've done for me.
