I've been getting a little caught up on some of my digital scrapbooking. I wanted to share a few. I hope everyone is having a great week and is as excited as I am that fall is here! I love this time of year...the food, the weather, the holidays, and the fun. Do any of you have favorite fall recipes that you would like to post? I will try and put a few up. I was thinking since we're all spread apart, we could have a "family dinner" once a month. Just for fun, we pick a night once a month that we are all going to be home and we make the SAME dinner for our families. Then we could follow up by playing a game of "couples ticket to ride" on-line. There is only room for 5 players, so we could just play in couples. Everyone could take a picture of their night eating the family dinner and post them on the blog. Let me know what you guys think!? Can you tell I miss you all!! (:

I miss you too!! I think the family dinner night is a wonderful idea. Great idea! It would be so fun knowing that we are all doing and eating the same thing. Maybe it would close the gap between us a little. I also love the scrapbooking pages. They are so adorable. You have such a talent Shell. You have inspired me to start up again. I had he thought, It's totally ok if you don't want to do this, but what if we shared some scrapbooking pages? Between you, Lara and myself (and mom if she starts up) we could design pages that involve all of us and share them. Looking at the ones you've done, I would love to have the lemonade page in one of my scrapbooks. We did so much this summer that we could all take a couple of events and scrapbook them and share them. I don't know...just an idea.

DId we discuss doing the scrapbooking exchange before? I faintly remember a conversation about it but can't quite remember if we actually did have it. My mind these days!! :)
I love the scrapbook swap idea! I will send these and any others that I've made of us over to you. How do you want to organize it? Here's what I have pictures of that I would like pages for from this summer...

-just random moments page (kids sleeping, etc)

Yeah I'm glad you like the dinner swap idea. It could be a later dinner for you guys...normal for the Broadbents, and an early dinner for us and mom/dad. SO FUN! I'll wait to hear from lara and mom and then I'll throw a date idea out.
